Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
